there's no bleed valve, only a drain bolt

no bleed valve on b18c7 thats forsure....

i always either used a cut up coke bottle in the radiator hose, or jacked up the front of the car, to have the radiator filling point the highest open /air vented point on the cooling system....

No need to jack up the car , as long as it's on a level surface the radiator cap is always the highest point.

Op , from a cold start it's easy. Fill up leave radiator cap off , fill up resevoir too.
Put the internal fan all the way to HOT
Turn on car , let idle for a good 15-20 mins as the coolant warms up , the rad fan should come on and gulp out air bubbles, coolant level will drop so top it up as it drops. Shortly after the fan will turn off then on again shortly , top up again.

After the fan turns off , turn off engine grab a rag and put the rad cap back on using the rag as a makeshift glove as to not burn your hand.

Done.

Check the overflow resevoir over the next few days to top up if need be.
