JDM ITR cluster swap

hey guys, just wondering if putting a JDM type r cluster in my dc2 is plug and play before i buy it.
im going to swap my cluster with an ITR one. Both (my stock cluster and the ITR one) are the jdm models (go up to 180km/h) only differences i can see are some symbols like ABS are in different positions.

jdm 96 spec cluster and jdm 98 spec cluster.

the 98 spec has some minor changes on the cluster Due to the fact it has abs etc.

Not sure if its plug and play though.

oh crap forgot about the 96 and 98 specs

there's a difference between 93-97 vs 98-01 clusters..
the plugs and lights are different..
e.g. abs light = seatbelt light

the 96 spec ones are plug and play on ur car ;)

not 100% sure about the 98 spec ones


some 96 models had abs as optional

My 96 JDM ITR has abs and airbags, so you'd need to fact that in too in clusters!
