i would suggest koni ... more local and overall support behind them

they are a tried and tested good shock

the latin americans havnt been tuning as long as koni =)

Know much about Tein SS? are they still good for alittle bit of a mt. run? or are they just comfy?

cant say i do sorry I run skunk2 pro c's in my car

Heaps on here use tein suspension though....

Are these ones you have found damper adjustable?

yeah ss is plenty good for a mountain run, perhaps a bit soft if you get into serious tracking, but youll maintain your ride comfort but the handling improvement is obvious.
