hey guys just wandering whats the pros nd cons of putting a type r edu into a vti-r mates got one was thinking whats the cons of it, any help?

If it has the stock B18C2, there is absolutely no point of putting a DC2R ECU in there, it would do nothing for you.

car has type r box, spon clutch spoon lightend flywheel. upgraded throtle and intake manafold. i/h/e.

Still being a stock B18C2 with stock internals it's much more effective to get a tunable ECU and get the car tuned.

As said, DC2R ECU for stock B18C2 - pointless.

run a piggy back lol, its better then running a stock ecu of another car.

something like a e manage second hand or something like that. even a vafc lol
