adjusting FD1 headlights. Does any one know how to?

can any one tell me or have a guide on how to adjust or how to find the place to adjust the FD1's head lights. Cant seem to find it in the manual, well not for our Australian models anyway.

Theres a cog like (8 or 10mm) bolt in silver behind the headlights.
u can use a socket to adjust. bare in mind, i just found out when i was adjusting mine that theres only 1 cog and it adjust both high and low beam 2getha

you mean you can take off one of the nobs on the plastic on top headlight any radiator to adjust it?

i dont mean right on the spot like you can take a picture of the top of the engine bay and point at where it is. Btw do i need to talk to top plastic bit off ?
