HELP -Civic 08' FD1 Need help regarding changing interior dome light

Sorry guys, this may sound stupid but I've been trying to look for an answer in this forum for ages but have failed...anyway my question is:

- How do we remove the cover of the civic 08's interior dome light?to be specific: the one on the ceiling in the middle of the car (not the front ones).

I've been trying to remove it but it would not budge...so to avoid damaging the whole thing..I thought I better ask some of you pros here...

Take a small screw driver and jam it in between the clear plastic cover and the rim of the frame and just pry it apart.

That's how I removed mine anyway

yehh.. its a really biatch to take off.. i used a very thin flat head screwdriver and go along the sides to pry it off... make sure u dont take off the out-housing of the domelight but on the outside of the dome light plastic, and it takes abit of strength to remove

try using a guitar pic i think it might just work and wont make any scaring cus its plastic to plastic :D. haven't tried b4 but a suggestion.

I fudged up my plastic doing it with a screwdriver - be careful

but it can be safely done...

Try wrapping the screwdriver head with a small amount of electrical tape or similar.

haha believe it or not, I actually spoilt the fuse when I tried to get the bulbs out...i know im NOOB hahahah. Took it to my Honda dealer and got it fixed for free thou...

Anyway am currently waiting on those white 31mm festoon bulbs I bought from Ebay to replace the stock ones...:)

fuses are really easy to pop - i've popped fuses like 5 times easily lol.

just gotta be careful when u pull things out and put new things in =P
