Yeah +1. Possibly the most aggresive induction noise i have heard short of ITB's, mid range picked up substantially. Engine bay bling not really but you dont really want that kind of attention.

usually loud on the higher rev range hitting vtec. i've had aem, injen and greddy intakes and they are not designed to be quiet. that said, you'd barely have much growl (or BARRRRRRP!!!) unless you give it some. coupled with an exhaust it would block out the standard vtec scream which you may or may not miss. only one way to find out anyway...try it out!

k&n panel filter would be the way to go if you want barely louder than stock

I have a X-Force Catback setup with a 5 Inch cannon and surprisingly mate my exhaust is nice.. I still hear the VTEC scream off the Injen but from the street noise idk. lol
