Depends on application.
In a bone stock application, you'll be fine.
But if it's a rebuilt motor where you've decked the block, you may want to check piston to head clearance before you fork out on something that can't be used.
The factory head gasket is 0.7mm, so whack the figures into a comp ration calculator like this http://www.zealautowerks.com/bseries.html & make up your own mind if you think it's worth it.

Thanks....
My engine is pure stock.... IHE is the only mod on the car and I am going to tune it soon...
In this case, what kind of gasket will suit my application

You can run a Spoon, Mugen or BuddyClub gasket to increase the compression.
But be warned, the thinner head gasket will cause your cams to become slightly retarded possibly offsetting the slight gain you will achive by increasing the comp by a small margin.
This can be corrected through the use a set of adjustable cam pulleys.
