Radiator hoses

Hi my mate has an eg with b16a (out of 93crx i believe)
Now he wants to know if the radiator hoses are the same on the d16a or d16y motors etc...

Im looking at pictures and they seem to be similar. but i just want to confirm

on my d16y8 and my buds old b16 the hoses were different diametres if that helps

d series hoses are a little smaller in diameter that b series hoses. that being said, i managed to fit d series hoses onto a b series radiator off ebay. just takes a bit of elbow grease and just need to tighten it a bit more if going vice versa

heard of it being done, no problems from anyone I know over the years

just couldn't remeber which was smaller lol
