Clutch for B20

Hey guys just wondering which clutch type would be the best with a B20 engine. Im going to be going work on the motor, probly upgraded camshafts. and what flywheel>? ive currently got a excedy heavy duty clutch with a type-R flywheel.

i had f1 racing clutch and flywheel sam.. stage 2 i had got it from the states off ebay.

is it good quality>? how was the feel?.. was it an organic ? and also what price?

yea it was good quality geeang has them on his itb type r dc2.. he was the one that told me about them.. honestly i dont know the feeling since i didnt have the car for long.. it was quite cheap 400ish from the states to here
