dc5r seats and rails - will they fit straight into a 5th gen prelude

hey guys, im interested in possibly putting a set of dc5r seats with stock rails into a 5th gen lude. seen it in other civivcs etc, just wondering if its easy for the 5th gen?

Recaro rails would be easiest, also ADR approved. About $600 for the pair though.
