is the engine code for the engines on the block?

so if the head is changed, how do you know, like how do you tell the difference?

how u know if its not just a b18c2 head sprayed red? what to look for?

type r head has pr3 printed on the head
b18c2 head has p72

the manifolds are different too. the c2 with p72 head has a large dual runner intake manifold and the pr3 has a ported b16 manifold

where do u see the pr3 or wherever stamped? is it where the year number n stuff r ?

its printed on top the headers, near the PS bracket.

it should have another number after pr3 or p72
