knocking sound when stopped in gear

Hello

I've got a wired knocking sound(Engine bay area) in my vti-r integra when stopped at lights in gear. Sometimes there’s a knocking sound sometimes soft sometimes loud. It kind of feels like gearbox/clutch grabbing kind of thing.

But if I put in neutral it stops put it back in gear it will start again. sometimes if i let the clutch out just a bit and slightly rev it it goes or it just keeps knocking till I start driving again. or sometime when i stop it's fine nothing wrong

When driving everything is fine clutch feels good it’s just sometimes when stopped and in gear.


Anyone think what it can be?

loose exhaust maybe?

Could be rattling under the shifter area

It could be ur driving/footwork clutch throttle combination hav u been drivin manual for long? please! i dnt mean anything to offend u

Anyway if its wat i am "thinkin" that is occuring to u, u should not be comin to an almost complete stop and still in secound gear as this will deffinately give u that sound n ur car will jerk as there is insufficient flywheel speed and travel speed to load the gear,
wat i do is when i slow down to come to a complete stop as soon as i hit 20ks i pop it in neutral, then once stationary, back in first ready to go again

I'm completely offended shifty lol na been driving manual 4 ages don't think it's me.

Ill try pop it into neutral at 20ks then into firstwhen stopped

It's more then a sound you can feel it knocking/grabbng. if thats any more help?

Have you tried bleeding the clutch fluid to check if there are any bubbles in there?

gearbox and clutch fluid as replaced 2 weeks ago
