hatch lip on sedan - EG

im told it wont fit, and i guess thats correct. otherwise they wouldnt make one for hatchie and one for sedan

but my question is, is it possible at all, provided i tarzan grip tape, cable tie, or even melt it together, how would it look?

its fairly hard to get hands on a oem lip from mugen,spoon or even honda that looks nice, either that or its a bit too expensive as it carries the brand.

and replicas lips im worried wont go on flush with the bumper edge.

ive got a sedan, anyone got pics of smartblokes that have managed to get a hatch lip on a sedan? im guessing it would tuck a bit under the bumper like stock 94 accord lips.

help is appreciated :D

to start of, aftermarket front bars are often out of dimensions so even though ur lip is straight ur bar is off or the other way around..

ive seen on ozhonda, a few guys that have put a EG front bar on a EH before.
its slightly smaller so u have to stretch it around.
some people have a really good job of it.

so thats an alternative.

or you could just buy one for a sedan?? - most lips are made for both

Sedans don't have a variety compared to the hatch.
Therefore people wanting to use 3dr lips for a 4dr (although never actually seen one done cleanly)

my eg8 has a hatch lip on it took my dad 30 mins to put it on cos he had to heat it with a heat gun to stretch ill post some pics 2moro its not too bad
