Alarm System

Hey everyone,
Got a DC5R and its shitting me off at the moment.

The alarm (laserline) keeps on going off after i have locked the doors.
I have tried all the suggestions in the laserline book, ie; making sure that the air vents are closed etc, but to no avail.

When i lock it, the usual two beeps sound. then a faster two beeps (which ive never heard before sound) few minutes later, the horn alarm starts going.

Any help would be great.

sensitivity may need to be adjusted. havent heard of the alarm, but i think easier to bring it to an auto electrician or alarm shop to look at. might easier and less headache to replace the alarm but speak to above for best approach

It might have something to do with the heat in your engine bay? I know that my alarm is fine, but if I give it a bit of a wrap and then just pull up on the driveway and arm it, it always sets off the warning sensor and goes off. I just leave it disarmed for about 30-45 mins and then arm it and I'm sweet.

i got same problem. seems to me that no matter what i do it always goes off.
i just dont bother locking it.
trying to remove the alarm but keep my central locking. =(
