Door Lock Stuck

Hi there,

Has anyone experienced where the door lock is stuck in the locked position?
I am unable to lift the lock up or even when I use the key and turn it, it doesn't want to unlock.
I have tried another door to try and replicate the problem, it seems like when you have the handle open, you can't unlock/lock the door by lifting/pressing on the lock.
Must be something in the actuator that is stuck/broken to where the door handle cable goes.
If it is, it will be the second new actuator for me in 6 months!

it is possible that it's not the actuator since issues with the actuator affects the central locking and this should not hinder you from manually opening the lock but best to try remove the door panel and just check if all looks good.

I took the door trim off to have a look. Nothing seems to be affecting the cable wire.
As soon as I open the door and close it, the central locking locks all doors. So I'm guessing it must be the actuator causing it to be always in the locked position.
