I just installed my coilovers by myself. and the wheel alignment on my front left wheel is hugely toe'd out. My question is.
How dangerous is driving with a a huge toe out angle for my car and safety wise. Because the wheel alignment place is only 500 metres away and still contemplating whether to put back my old suspension and get a proffessional to do it for me.

500 meters is not issue mate.
Toe creates the following characteristics in your car
1) makes the car predisposed to turning the way the offending tyre is pointing (ie if the front left is toed out, the car will want to go left)
2) Because in effect the tyre is not only rolling froward, but dragging itself as you are driving, it will create heavy tyre wear
As i said, for the distance you are travelling, both above will mean nothing

why don't you just adjust it so its close and then drive to a tyre shop for proper alignment?

Just drive it to the wheel alignment place.

you need to loosen the tie rod hex bolt first before you can move the tie rod end. turn it clockwise, once you crack that you can adjust the toe by moving the tie rod end further in or out. it helps to use a penetrating grease/oil like RP7 to make it easier. otherwise, just drive it there and get it done properly. if you drive around with massive toe in or out, not only is it dangerous but it causes serious tyre wear - combined with negative camber, it is a no no. i just recently did my coilovers too and realised i had toe out on the left front wheel, so i adjusted it enough to be straight by eye and had it corrected professional last night. gives you peace of mind, especially if you're driving long distances to and from work. good luck!
