After picking up my car on Friday, I decide to clean my car today since interior is really dusty. However, I found that there are a lot of black shadow dots on the car fender and front door on both side and there are some black oil on the plastic above the tyres. I knew that they apply some oil onto my tyres for shiny look but for some reason after driving for few days, the oils spread on my fenders. I tried to do some normal wash but they dun come off. I tried to do a quick cut and polish with clothes but they are still there. Any help will be great.

Try using a product call orange stain remover. You can get that at coles. Really does work. Smell like orange. Its near the home cleaning product section.
