With over 15 years of commercial production development experience, through the use of the latest Solidworks 3D CAD & Cosmos FEA software alongside our own proprietary gearing tools & equipment, our In-House R&D Department undertake detailed product development and manufacturing analysis to ensure only the best quality and performing product is delivered to our clients.
Recognising the requirement from our clients to keep costs to a minimum, all material processing is done in conjunction with our state-of-the-art overseas partner factories which utilize the latest in automated Japanese CNC and CAM equipment with rapid prototyping and product turnaround capability. All our select partners are ISO 9001 certified to ensure the highest in workmanship standards.
By utilizing this system of product development, it allows us to cater to a broad range of clients ranging from Enthusiast Car Clubs to Automotive Manufacturers. We can develop superior transmission components for both Domestic & Imports at a fraction of the cost of our competitors.
