I知 looking to upgrade my suspension to some Koni yellows with Ground Control coil over sleaves. Since I知 driving a 98 VTI Coupe (with rear discs) I want to go to ITR 5 lug.

1. What kg/mm springs should I get front and rear for street with track use?

2. What axels can I use with the D series Gearbox or do I need custom ones?
(ITR 5 lugs are 36mm outer axel nuts)

3. What size are the D16Y8 gearbox axel nuts?

4. Do the CV splines on the civic match the Integra CV splines?

5. What parts do I need for the ITR 5 lug swap on my Coupe?

a. Front and rear hubs with discs callipers
b. Upper and lower control arms
c. Rear trailing arm
d. Axels with 36mm outer axel nuts
e. one inch master cylinder & booster from any 94+ Integra
f. '4040' 4 wheel disk proportioning valve. (from what cars?)
g. parking brake cables from any Integra
h. new brake lines for the rear

Have I missed anything?

6. What part number do I use for the Koni shocks and GC coil overs?
(Do I use the ITR part number or the civic coupe Part Number?)

7. Is there anything else I should change while I知 doing the 5 lug swap?

8. Do I loose my ABS?

9. Does anyone have a link to a 5 lug conversion on an EK civic?

Are you planning any BIG power upgrades?

Cause you are better off just upgrading to either prelude si or integra vti-r disks and calipers.

Saves you having to change rims too.

- prop valve get it from a VTEC car- must change if you have drums
- 1" MC not necessary, u get bigger brake force from 15/16 MC (if u don't know what i mean, try blowing thru a straw and a hose)
- u don't lose ur abs (although ....pm on this one)
- if your running drums currently , then you will need to whole rear trailing arms
- u reuse your front upper and rear lower control arms.

and with almost all 5 lugs conversion that occur in sydney from one particular workshop, err..gees this you better PM me, don't want to let too much outta bag for most who does not know what happened to their shaft ;)

Can the ITR front/rear strut bars be used with the swap? Also do civic ek gli have abs?

swaybar & strut bars can be use.
Swaybars depend on your exhaust setup also though, as they sometimes hit.

I don't think the shafts will fit at all in the D series box, so i'm assuming your gonna have to get some custom shafts made up.
