you need approx. 2.4litres.

So , thats THREE bottles of honda MTF 06. ( 1 l each)

Just a note, I'm not sure what cheap stuff the previous owner used, but when I replaced my gearbox oil (Integra VTi-R) with MTF 06 it was so much smoother. The old stuff came out clean so it wasn't old - Just not as good as the Honda stuff =]

Eventhough it looks clean, the oil characteristics would have changed from age. I experienced the same thing as you did and I know that my gearbox had only Honda MTF in it since new. After the change, it was so much better.

i think (been told) i got a brass button clutch, im changing it because:

1. friction point is very high almost non existent
2. makes a squealing noise when riding it
3. pedal feels very spongy
4. people have trouble driving my car lol

is this how a brass button clutch works? or is mine on its way out? don't want to go through all of it and find out it isnt the clutch
