problem of installing GROM ipod interface !

Hi, i just received the GROM IPOD interface for my 05 euro luxury. I get stuck with gear lever when trying to pull out the box. Any comments would be appreciated !

You have to press the brakes. Turn the car to one and pull the leaver back to one, pull the hand brake up then you can take the box out.

Which Grom unit did you get?
I'm looking through and the cable options only mention MBUS and HON92?

lol other than that.. there is another way to do it,

just push the lid down and maybe stick something in the gap so it doesnt close again.
then just grab the bottom tab and pull out, dont be gentle either - it will come out .

hey i installed one for my euro as well. it works well. but did u find that when u turn on ur head lights the lights for ur gear box doestn't glow? coz thats what happened to mine. Not sure if i short circuited a wire
