Nah they wont fit an 06 model, they fit the 03-05 pre facelift models.

As far as i know, you can modify the 04 lights to fit the 06. The housing is different but it will fit. I did an 06 conversion to my front bar and spent to buy a set of 06 foggies. Later, i found out that several ppl were able to fit the 04 foggies to the 06 with only slight modification to get the fit right.

Plenty of 06+ TSX people have used these as well although I cannot say for sure what is involved with adapting them

i think u might, from memory the stock ones dont get foglight cutout? but i may be wrong, i got a set of the foglight covers if your interested send me a pm.

i'll check it out over the weekend, gonna pull the front bumper off and take a look.
