Fuel regulator and rail on stock engine..

Im planning to fit a fuel reg and fuel rail purely just for a bit of bling and it will be easier to tap into for gauges...will this effect the way my car performs or the economy?

i cant imagine it would, you might need new injectors though if the stock ones dont fit the new rail... all those things though are basically "slaves" as in they get told what to do by the electronics of the car, so basically in short, i cant see it causing any problems but id shoot the guys at jdmyard or something a pm just to double check
