hi,

just wanted to know if i get an exhaust all the way through on my honda civic 94 breeze, D15 engine. ( yea i know nothing special), but im gona do a b18 vtec conversion in it.)

will i loose power in my car???

would like to know.

Just wait until you have the b18 engine in , then install a 2.25 or 2.5 inch CAT BACK exhaust system , and a similar sized cataylic convertor too.

In answer to your question , yes you will lose useable power as the power band is altered. You might feel more "pull" towards redline but what's the point right now ?

thanks for the reply, hmmm i want some exhaust sound, what if i do half way or just change the end muffler??

i can't wait to put a b18, but have to save up for that,

but in the mean time is there any way i can get some nice exhaust sound without power loss???

just get a axle back put on....like a canon or bigger offset muffler. this will give you a beefy noise.

BTW their Bolt on so no need to go to exhaust shop or anything just undo ur stock pea shooter and place in the axle back

shame ur cars not EFI ... i would juss smash on a simota big tube intake for beefy sound ... carby = fail tho lol
