Philip Lee

probably after the new civic is announced.

the press release just says the FD2R will end production in Aug.

they will also release a FN2R again in Japan in limited number in 3rd quarter 2010.

i reckon FD2R is just a better car, in terms of performance, handling and look
just can't understand why would they do that

you'll have to spend more than 30k to modify and then you'll have the 'exact' same car

but then the chasis is different, that's no way to mod..

Hahah no worries man.

It's actually a FD1 with a evo wing, painted a similar colour (which u cant tell due to the phone camera quality)

edit: oh and it's not actually installed, just sitting on my boot.. gotta make that clear, lol

As long as EU Honda doesnt release an inferior model to the JDM Type R i dont see why not.. I still have yet to see top gear test the FD2R and the mugen RR...hope they do it this season, there have been some photos of stig in the mugen FN2R.

Sure it's the Stig or some random in a white racing suite with a rainbow facemask?

I doubt top gear will test the FD2R or mugen RR, i think they don't give a crap about what goes on in JDM land

they actually do as they went to JDM land for the GTRs etc.

but FD2R/RR will be old news now so very unlikely. they might do a FN2 Mugen20 tho.. let's hope...

they went to the JDM land for the GTR because that was very eagerly awaited... the FD2R and FD2RR is like... no biggie

They went to JDM land as the GTR was eagerly awaited as it would be available in the UK where as the FD2R wouldnt.
