hey guys just cleaning the engine bay when i noticed what looks like my engine mount on the right of the engine near where the window washing fluid goes is missing its screw!

i have no idea how, does anyone know of where i can get one of these screws? is this a serious issue?

Go to the wreckers and get another one.

And yes its a serious issue.

It's putting more pressure on your other engine/torque mounts.

thanks for the reply, yeh il head out tomorrow to grab one, as for putting it back in its about half a centimeter off, im assuming its safe to place a jack directly under the engine and jack it up a littlebit on the right side so that i can get the screw through. someone correct me if im wrong? and ive noticed its hard to find b series cars at the local wreckers, will the same bolt off a d series engine also fit?

Yeah you can use a jack under the engine.

And then use a good size flat piece of wood to help disperse the weight in between the jack and engine.

And dont forget to "NOT" jack up the engine from the oil sump.
