accord euro audio help

having trouble fitting in 6x9's in the rear as its hitting the two metal bars(boot tensioners?). Just wanted to know what sizes you guys are running for the rears as well as fronts. Did you need spaces for any?

well i put my 6x9's above the cover and screwed down takes some Hacking into the plastic lol ... but you can use a spacer should work then.. you can either buy one or make one outta MDF wood

Don't it look ghetto but? How's the bottom of the speaker go through the mesh or did u cut a hole through it

lol i cut a hole in it and it doesnt look dodgy at all ... but ive heard people put spacers underneath so the standard cover can still sit over. most probably some MDF or buy a spacer from a speaker shop =D

i have an 05 euro with focal 6x9s mine fit perfectly with stock cover on no spacers. maybe your magnet is bigger than mine may depend on 6x9 brand
