Hay guys i recently got a 1992 4th Gen Prelude, and i bought Fusion 10" active enclosure today, but my trouble is trying to find a hole in the firewall so i can get the power cable from the battery through to my boot. If anyone else has had trouble with this and found a way through, i would love to know...

Thanks in advance

Not sure about the prelude but quite often there will be rubber grommets which represent a hole in the firewall where you can run your cable through. Just ensure there are no sharp edges in the metal. If so put some protection in for the cable. It might take you awhile to find a hole/opening in the firewall. Easiest is to pop the bonnet and look at the firewall from there.

yea i looked for about an hour today and found multiple grommets but they all lead into something that wasn't accessible unless i removed my whole electronic dash, and i sure as hell don't plan on doing that but thanks for the help any ways.

Hay thanks anyways but we found a plugged up hole on the other side it was out in the open but we thought there was something behind it, i end up cutting some of the insulation open so i could stick my fingers through and end up pulling through the cables. but yea, all in all a very tough effort. Im gonna rep you for your help.

Hmm, sounds good. The sub i bought has a big green fusion logo but im still thinking go with the blue theme. As for interior neons im thiking the bendable LED types you can get from like REPCO and stuff. Might bend them round the edge of the boot, but it all depends on how i go with money.

well what ever you do make sure u dont mix the neon tubes with the LED's the colours dont match up and makes it look reaaaalllly cheap, id stick with the leds, flexible, easier to mount, next to no power drain and harder to break!
