you need 4x100 stud pattern. you should have 55 or 50 profile tyres aswell with 15" offset it depends what you want, the lower the offset the more it will "poke"

when selecting tyres make sure the load and speed rating is equal to, or higher than what stock/required for your car. if its lower and you crash it will void your insurance :)
id personally say you will need 195/55 tyres
same rims as mine but mine's in hyper silver :D

That's too fat dude for a Civic.

take the standard tire and rim size from the placard in your door sill, or where ever it is. This will give you an accurate base to start off with in regard to rolling circumference and speed. then use this tool to calculate the affects of changing tyre size.
----> http://www.1010tires.com/tiresizecalculator.asp
and use this to calculate the affects of various wheel offsets will have. most wheels will have the offset stamped into the rim somewhere.
----> http://marksink.com/tire_wheel_offset/offset.html
From memory the replacement tyre must retain an overall diameter within a maximum of 5% of the standard tyre, this is to keep your speed as accurate as possible.
and as Lukey said. make sure the new tyre has equivalent or better load and speed rating.
