[CL9] Weird noises from steering?

I was doing a three point turn on a decline. So i was in 1st girl and turned the steering wheel - not all the way. Then i heard this weird noise, not too sure how to describe it. Its very intermittent and
im not sure how to reproduce it. But what i've known so far is it seems to occur when im turning slow on an incline or decline. anyone have any ideas?
