Anyone know bout throttle body spacers

Hey guys been researchin throttle body spacers any1 kno about em? if so they any good and would you expect better gains from this over a CAI?

the P2R Tb gasket is like a spacer, its much thicker than the oem gasket, not sure if you get gains but it stops heat exchange to your CAI...
