Pink Slip or e-Safety check cost??

hey guys,

ive just received my rego & it needs a pink slip or INSPECTION REQUIRED. im just wondering how much does it cost to get one? its my first time ever since i bought my 05 CL9

yea its around $30 and takes like 5-10 mins. Make sure your car will pass before you go

Check

your brakes
all your exterior lights
brake lights
wheel bearings (for excessive play)
many places now require an OEM gearknob (with the box pattern markings clearly on it)
wheels and tyres (some places require OEM wheels)
give the car a clean and wash to make it presentable
check for oil leaks

That's about it - most places charge the regulation $32.00 these days.

Oh, and book it in. Don't just turn up expecting it done. A lot of workshops are busy and don't like things spring on them. Then again, some offer "check while you wait".
