Accord Euro w/ Nav.

hey i currently have a accord euro 06 with stock nav. and i was wondering would it possible for me to install another deck just so i can support ipod ?

I believe that the nav deck is a custom unit integrated into the car. Look up Xcarlink. I think that's the route most people go.
