hey guys just saw on sports tonight that david couthard has been 'confirmed' as Redbull's no.1 racing for next years F1 season after promising testing....

a 'lifeline' was how they put it...

Picking David was smart because he has experience and will help the team progress!

They are also keeping all the original Jaguar crew from what i see and hear!

Klien is Austrian, and Red Bull is Austrian and the Austrians want another GP in Austria so i think it is a smart idea.

Put Luizzi in a test role for 2005 and then a race position for 2006!

Peter Sauber said he knew they were buying the team for some time!
He says he has a few major sponsors and is looking into all of them.

Remembering they went with Michelin aswell...

Also still running the older Ferrari engines and gearboxs.
Red Bull have never naming rights main sponser to Sauber. Reb Bull was sponsering Jag, Sauber and Arrows for a while too

David Coulthard seems to be pretty impressive with his tests recently. Topped the timesheets at a couple of tests. Really wonder how he'll do in the new season especially with a slower car
