hi just picked up two brand new hondas
1. 2010 honda CRV
2. 2010 HONDA ACCORD EURO LUX
MY QUESTION IS WHAT CAN I DO TO THE CRV TO MAKE IT QUICKER MAYBE 7 KW MORE IS THIS A SIMPLE THING? IS THIS THE RIGHT PAGE TO POST THIS ON? I AM NEW IF YOU CANT TELL

best upgrade would be to change the restrictive air intake.

Check the traders section for a Cold Air Intake, should make the engine more responsive.

noise would be increased when you give it 100% full throttle, more of a deep growl but day to day driving you wont notice a difference

CAI, or a DIY style CAI...

doubt it'd make 7 kW though.

and i doubt you can get an aftermarket header or exhaust :(

Does this realy work where do i buy this what doyou think they do in the odyssey engine to gain the extra power from the crv same engine

Obvious thing is make it breath better. I/H/E Stock items are usually restrictive to deal with noise emissions etc. Trade back with new items is noise, however this can be dealt with airboxes for the intake and a good muffler/resonators for the exhaust.

As where to get things for the Crv? I know K&N did make a CAI for the Crv, but I belive this is the older model. You might need to get custom items made up for it. I'm not aware of aftermarket items made for the Crv, expecially the new one.

You didn't say that in your first post. Your talking about getting the CRV quicker. Nothing about the Accord.

For the Accord, theres pleantly of stuff for it. I suggest looking at the 'traders' section or 'parts for sale' section. Learn to use the search function.
