Will ek9 front LCA's bolt straight onto an ek1

yes they will, all jdm/audm lca's are the same except for cxi's. only usdm ek's have the 2 piece design like dc/eg which uses a different swaybar (em1's have the same lca as jdm/audm)

how are the cxi's different? ive got a cxi and i thought they were all the same

cxi is the same except they r missing this little metal tab that the swaybar endlink bolts to
