Accord euro stereo. Is it any good?

Im thinking of buying a 06 euro luxury. I know it might sound weird but can anyone tell me if the standard stereo is any good? Does it compare with the Lexus premium sound in a IS200 for example?

i find the accord euro stereo has a constant ringing noise on low volumes.. drives me mad.
have experienced this in 2 accords.

however, turned up loud sounds okay. bass is pretty good.
