Major service rip off?

1st post :). I just recently bought a 99 integra and had my 1st "major" service at this mechanic but i thibk i was overcharged for what he did n that he should have done more, he charged me $460. He did a lube service, replaced all of the filters, changed sparkplugs, tuned the engine, changed globes, wipers, a throttle body service, engine wash and charged me for the cleaner. Does anyone think this is good value or did i get ripped off?

$460 doesnt seem to bad, if he really did do all that and i dont think he tuned the engine

seriously , call around and get quotes for teh same service from other mechanics. Im sure you will work out if its a rip or not.
