so ive read most of the DIYs , but i still have a few questions b4 i start the job of installing the asr brace myself . firstly do i grease up the bushing where the swaybar sits in. also i got no nuts with ek9 endlinks , so do i use the nuts i have off my ek4 endlinks . do i use thread lock on anything lastly , si model is same as ek4 which means i dont need to use backing plate , correct ? cheers

Grease = yes,dont over grease them because dirt will attach to much to them.
Any nuts will do,use 'lock nuts',wont come off then.
Dont need thread locker,just re torque them after a few days.
Backing plate = unsure

Shit man, goto a place that specialises in nuts and bolts as the nuts are hard to find for the endlinks. Bunnings and supercheap dont stock the right ones etc...

question ????? will the EK4 nut that holds the endlink to the control arm fit the ek9 endlink ..so i can just use that one ?

thanks , so it seems ive bought them when ive already got them . so really i just needed the d brackets not the endlinks .... thanks for the useful info peoples
