I tried to search but fail, does anyone know who/where i can try to get a rear sway bar for my GD3?

cusco make a front sway but that is all

You can source one from overseas. thats about the only place i know of. Cost quite abit for shipping though. You'll be looking for a Progress Swaybar.

JDM yard got em for about 300n something
check ebay, not as much but have to wait for em to come from thailand i think.
