Hey guys,
Lol just came back from dignosing my car that sounds like a wrx again, possibly it is the spark plugs
BUT
Number 2 spark plug zaps heaps, it creates more spark other than the 3 other leads.
Is it stuffed?
How can I fix it because I need a ride tommorow :(?

while pulling the spark lead out u should use plastic pliers or something like that.
its u can see sparks shooting from the lead that means it needs replacing.
u can still drive your car the way it is, it just wont be running off all 4 cylinders properly.
quick fix, just replace the leads at autobarn. u can change one or all 4.
up to you.
all 4 should be around 90 for the dc2r.

also allow for a replacemt coil and icm because unplugging the lead while the engine is running will kill one of the two

i seen on usa forums they spray water in a fine mist over the general area, it will show you which leads are worn, because it will attempt to short them out. a blue light thin spark whill appear lol.
also dont ever pull spark plugs off the car that runs a dizzy to lead to plug. very dangerous
you can only do it to cars that run coil pack wiring loom to the coil pack itself. so its a plug then the coil pack . otherwise as ecu man said
wrx noise just means one cyclinder or more not firing.
borrow a timing light in next time~

There must be a better way. Spraying water in the general area in an attempt to short essentially a high tension voltage line is not a smart idea.

a fine mist is good enough.
if its fcked then your gonna be replacing it anyway. its just quick way to see which one it is.
iam not sure how it shorts out. possibly because there is a really low voltage ground around there, and its not strong enough to complete short so it just gets a fine sparks, it looks like a spray of really thin thunderbolts. i just read this on ht i think, someone might need to elaborate.
ill test it with a multimeter tonight if you guys want. iam not to sure about this so yeah.
timing light would help even better

Thanks Hisoka a lot for your help, your nearly going to be selected as a OzHonda Moderator,
My leads were leaking, number 2 lead was very loose. So I got some insultion tape and wrapped around the lead, and it doesn't misfire anymore. But hopefully I will find some spoon leads,
Thanks all for your help, espically Hisoka :D
