Hi Guys,
I think I have got a bargain from eBay (item # Item number: 250621122225) and would like to share with you. I just bought 2 x pollen / dust filter from a UK seller and only cost about A$37 including postage. The seller was http://stores.shop.ebay.com.au/A-Shop-Of-New-Parts-For-MG-Rover__W0QQ_armrsZ1. The filter I bought were for Civic, but they do fit in my 2010 CR-V (just have to trim it down by about 5mm)

This filter was made in Germany
Instructions are in in the owner's manual anyway, but here is how I did it.

Open the glove box, push both top corner of the box and it will pop out. Undo the hinge on as seen on the left hand side of the picture.

The whole glove box will tilt down and you can then take the filter tray behind it as below

I trim the Civic filter by about 5mm with a razor and it sit perfectly in the tray.
