Na man. The braided thick section down the bottom is a flex pipe.

Of course buy the Cat, get a welder to weld a flange, then bolt up to your headers.

soo any exhaust place could do it? or do i have to find a specific place? and does anyone know roughly how much it would cost?

Any good exhaust place. So what do you exactly need to get done? A complete Cat back exhaust to be made up?

Well im buying those Toda Headers and a Mugen Twinloop catback for my DC5R, so i just need a cat on the header but im not sure on where to get a cat and where to get the cat installed etc...

Would the piping size be 2.5inch on the headers and mugen catback? so i can find the proper size cat to fit

You can buy a cat from one of the traders here, or Just go to an exhaust shop and they'll do it for you.

My exhaust guy a year ago, charged me $30 to add a flange.

But since you have no cat and that means the exhaust shop will charge you labour for putting your whole system in.
