Budget around $400-500 all up , parts and labour for a replacement clutch from exedy to be installed

I paid $320 for an exedy Heavy Duty Clutch Kit for ED, D-series box. Also add about $30-40 for flywheel resurfacing. Price depends on whether you want a standard replacement or not. Also whether you will be replacing it or paying someone else to do it?

My cars clutch got changed before and it cost like $550 all up. That includes the clutch kit, flywheel machining, changing several bearings and fresh oil.
Hi, I'm also looking at getting my clutch replaced (160k too) and would like to know how much different will the clutch feel compared to stock oem if I get exedy (non heavy duty)? Will it be better same or worse?
Thanks for your input.
