09 Odyssey Low beam bulb size

hi guys! 1st post here!!

this is for my bro's odyssey..

i've got a GT HID conversion kit which i no longer need (selling my car).....
so im gonna install it onto my bro's car since he does a lot of night driving

question is.. what bulb size is it? i know i can check his manual but im currently outside the country....

i hope its an h4 (bi-xenon bulb).. then i dont have to buy a new set of bulbs! ;)

mods so far on his car.....
none.. :o

got him a mugen whether shield as a gift.. he'll get it soon!

Can't help you with bulb size, but your bro's Odyssey is a RB3

Mate you got to a bit careful when googling for Honda Odyssey info. Most of the time google will come back with stuff about the USDM Odyssey which is completely different.

2004 to 2008 RB1 low beam/foggies use H11 and High beam is H1. I am not sure if the 2009 RB3 followed the same configuration. Plus the O9 Lux comes with factory HIDs already.

Becareful Chi because HB4 is the dual low & high beam. Standard 09 Odyssey is H11 and Luxury 09 Odyssey is D2S bulb.

so i can't trust any of them...

but damn! i didnt know the luxury and standard are different!

RB4 = 09 on

But in all wheel drive which is not available here.

To complicate matters, there is a JDM Absolute model which uses a more powerful version of the K24.

So when buying stuff u need to look for RB3 non Absolute parts.

If u think that is bad, wait till the facelift model comes out

I've confirmed it with Honda so it's not gonna be wrong. Is your brother's RB3 standard or luxury model? I bought my H11 slim HID kit for less than $100 and D2S bulb less than $50 on ebay and they long lasting as well.

Note with HID bulbs and ballasts, I have heard some brands only only work with their own brands due to the connectors, so becareful when trying to mix and match ballasts and bulbs of different brands.

It's fine as long as you only change the HID bulbs, not the ballasts.
