CIVIC EG 5 stud conversion RIMS offset

hey i got civic eg with 5 stud conversion .. i m looking at ce28n 17x7.5 +40 offset will it fit?? i did run 17x7 +42 when it was 4 stud but yuh any one tried this b4?
will i have problem with full lock??

humm not to low mabe 1 finger?? all around or less but wats the height got to do with the full lock??
