Hey guys,
I own an Accord Euro CL9 manual.
I thought I'd share my newest addition to my car. I just bought an EPR HS-SS Type R Replica 6 speed gear knob from Ebay. It cost me $16.99 and $5.00 postage. It came from Hong Kong, ordered it on Friday night and got it Tuesday morning.
It is an awesome product. Billet aluminium with a machine scraped finish. It is slightly hollow which is good as it lightens it. But by no means do I mean that the metal is thin; the metal is at least 1.5cm-2.0cm thick, it is very solid. It weighs under a 100gm.
I am really happy with it the numbering is perfectly indented and centred. I chose no colour, just straight out engraved which looks awesome. I am not really into the coloured numbering. It also is perfect curved.
It came with a lock nut and i fitted it straight away. It looks great and for twenty bucks it's bargain. The only negative is that this morning it was really cold and my hand got frozen when I touched the gearknob.

Here are some images of me installing it and some of the product itself.

The leather boot looks like it sits a bit funny in the images but after a day it relaxed and it sits great now. I actually attatched the boot to the lock nut with the boot inside out with a cable tie. It was a bit of fiddle but ended up turning out great.

Let me know what you think!

You should try a heavier gear knob, it's makes a huge difference to shifting.
