Mirror in reverse wont DIP anymore

I recently discovered my mirrors wont dip anymore when in reverse mode and not sure what I've done to disable it. Any know how to fix this? I dont have the manual :( Accord Euro Cu2 MY10

flick the side mirror selection button to the Left, not centre or Right (it's the button you use to select which mirror to adjust).

wat happens if just the left mirror dips, i kinda remembered they both dipped in the past. does that mean a fuse is broken or something

Only the left mirror dips in reverse when the switch is selected to left mirror.

confirmed. Only the left mirror dips so that you can see the curb when you park.

When the switch is selected to left mirror and the mirror dont dip when in reverse gear then somethings wrong ?
