Im wanting to rebuild my head at the moment that would be the best setup for high comp, low boost. The car is smoking heavily in vtec..........

I bought some additive 2 weeks ago that helps recondition the seals and gaskets, that temporarily fixed the problem and pointed it out to me that its definately the head.......... Most likely valve seals.........

Money is not an issue because i want it done right. Do you think just going the simple method of buying a Skunk2 head rebuild for $3300 is the best way to go? Pretty much, what are the best parts in your experience that i should be using?? The head is completely stock, and the bottom end has standard size forged pistons..........

yup

supertech valves, valve springs, retainers, arp rod bolts n head studs, itr cams and posisble skunk2 camgears, cp or rs pistons either 10 or 11 comp with 6-8psi of boost you will be smiling all the time

supertech gear FTMFW.

To be honest, type r cams are good for boost, you could get away with itr valvespring setup, replace the retainers though. Get some camgears on the end for some fine tuning on the dyno and you're good to go.

I'd also be looking at some bronze valve guides, get OEM seals or viton
